We just rolled out a few new features in the FAQ/Ask an Expert application designed to help with signing-in and organizing and answering incoming questions.
The first thing you’ll is that there’s a new screencast on the FAQ sign-in page that shows you exactly how to sign-in with your OpenID. The video specifically demonstrates the FAQ app, but the sign-in process works the same for all the eXtension applications.

Re-categorizing Ask an Expert Questions
You now have the ability to recategorize incoming questions. You can edit a question’s category on the Incoming Question list (first screenshot) or the individual question page (second screenshot).
We’ve also fixed a few bugs and changed the wording of the email notifications for newly assigned questions.
