Jane Hart, the Founder of the Centre for Learning & Performance Technologies (C4LPT) and a Workplace Learning & Collaboration Advisor, will give a keynote address at the NeXC/NEDA2014 joint meeting March 24-28, 2014. Hart has worked with business and education for more than 25 years, providing independent advice on the use of new technologies for business and education. She currently focuses on helping organizations understand how social tools are changing the way we view workplace learning – and what this means for learning and development departments. Her latest white paper looks at “An Enterprise Learning Network: The way to embed social learning in the workplace.”
Jane works with Harold Jarche, a previous presenter to eXtension, to provide workshops as well as coaching and mentoring services to develop the new social capabilities and skills required of digitally connected workers. Jane has been blogging for many years. She recently was named as the most influential e-learning blogger by the E-Learning Council.
