eXtension is recruiting for a Customer Support/Help Center Leader to address customer support and service from both internal and external customers/users. This position will integrate work between existing support mechanisms (Moodle Help) and those developed to meet the duties and responsibilities in the position description. This is a pilot project for one year. Continuation is based upon fund availability and performance.
