Evaluation Community Launches! Helping CES grow, improve, and tell its story

Do you have questions about program evaluation? Do you want to learn more about evaluation to enhance your program effectiveness?

If you answered Yes to either of these questions, then you need to check out the eXtension Evaluation Community of Practice (CoP). This CoP is made up of Extension evaluators and other professionals who are dedicated to helping Extension staff, novice to expert, build their capacity in evaluating programs.

So where do I start, you say? Here are some ways you can tap into the resources this CoP has to offer.

eXtension public website – Go to our landing page (http://www.extension.org/program_evaluation)
and you can find out more about the CoP, as well as explore over 90 frequently asked questions about evaluation that are searchable and organized by
• evaluation planning
• tools and methods
• interpreting, reporting, and applying

Ask an Expert – Click on the Ask an Expert icon on the evaluation page, ask your question, and it will be answered by Extension evaluation experts from around the country.

You can also connect and interact with us on our Blog (http://blogs.extension.org/evalcop/), Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/groups/evalcop/), or Twitter (@evalcop).

Those are just a few of the ways you can connect with us now and have access to Extension’s collective program evaluation expertise and experience. Keep your eye on us as we grow and make more resources available in the future.
